Authentication and authorization information related to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 sign-in.
Tenant and service data made available through approved Microsoft Graph permissions.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only as necessary to operate and improve Modern Endpoint, including to:

Provide device management insights, application visibility, reporting, dashboards, and service functionality.
Authenticate users and validate tenant access based on granted permissions.
Maintain platform security, detect misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
Communicate with customers regarding support, operations, product updates, and service notices.

3. Microsoft Graph and Tenant Data

Modern Endpoint may use Microsoft Graph APIs and related Microsoft cloud services only after the customer or authorized administrator grants the required permissions. We access only the permissions required for the intended functionality of the service.

Customer tenant data accessed through Microsoft Graph is used solely for delivering the requested service capabilities and is not sold to third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only in the following situations:

With service providers or subprocessors that help us operate the platform under appropriate safeguards.
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
To protect the rights, security, and integrity of Modern Endpoint, our customers, and our services.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and operational integrity.
