Terms of Service

Modern Endpoint provides Microsoft cloud management, reporting, governance, and operational visibility capabilities using Microsoft services, Microsoft Graph, and related technologies.

You may use the service only if you are authorized to do so and only in compliance with applicable laws, Microsoft platform policies, and these Terms.

Certain features require administrator approval and Microsoft permissions before tenant data can be accessed. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to grant access on behalf of your organization.

Modern Endpoint only operates against customer environments after the appropriate permissions have been granted through Microsoft authorization flows.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the service.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and administrative access.
• Ensure your use of the platform is lawful and properly authorized.
• Review and approve requested permissions before enabling tenant access.
• Use the service only for legitimate operational, administrative, and security purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, tenants, data, or services.
• Use the platform to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or misuse the service beyond its intended purpose.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We aim to provide a reliable platform, but availability may be affected by maintenance, Microsoft platform dependencies, connectivity issues, or other factors outside our control.

Modern Endpoint, including its software, branding, content, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Modern Endpoint and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, no part of the service may be copied, distributed, modified, or used without permission.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Modern Endpoint processes customer and tenant information only as necessary to operate the service and deliver the requested capabilities.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except to the extent required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Endpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
